It is 100% owned by China Automotive Technology & Research Center Ltd (CATARC), a comprehensive science and technology corporation in the automotive industry in China and beyond.
CATARC Europe serves as a bridgehead in CATARC`s international business and aims to support the automotive industry in Europe in its dealings with Chinese market and entry regulations.
